You see, I want to be original but I don't want other people calling me names as I walk down the hallway at school. I just don't know why they call out the names or why they even care how I look. Any ideas?

Your question is an oxymoron. What is point of being original if you don't want to be judged? You do know that when people approve of something, they have judged it, too? Perhaps they call out names because they have judged your look and found it lacking/stupid/goth/whatever. You wouldn't be asking this question if they had judged your look and found it acceptable/cool/trendy/etc. You've been judged by appearance since the minute you were born, and will be judged until they close the lid and break out the shovels. Get used to it.

ya c, if u wear something ugly, ppls say ew y the hell r u wearing that??
and when u wear somthing cute, they say, look whos trying 2 fit in now??
well, wear a low cut shirt with a tank top in the inside that has lace on the bottom, stretch so it like is covering half your butt, nvr stretch all the way over ur butt, ppls like 2 do that, but when ur pulling ur shirt down that low, it makes ur butt look realli big, when u put it down half way, it cuts ur but in half 2 give it a nice look, and here's a new thing u can do, wear jeans that are like tight by the ankles and wear high heels or flats, that actully is pretty cute, but if you want to stick with flare jeans, thats fine, get rocketdogs, flats, or flip flops, why dont u just go shopping at hollister or somthing? :)

No matter what you look like, waht you wear, or where your clothes are from, people will always make their stupid judgmental comments. You just gotta egnore it because most of the time, it's jelously. not everyone is going to love the shirt you have on, or obsess over your shoes. You just gotta dress according to what you like, and once you do that, you'll feel more like YOU and not like everyone else.

okay first: just dont care what others think. seriously. no matter what u wear there are always gonna b at least a few ppl who arent gonna like it. if u come to school wearing something completely original then anybody who 'hates' it is probably just jealous that they dont have the confidence to pull the look off.
anyway... just wear whatever floats ur boat. dont think twice--if u like it, wear it.

as long you feel gorgeous...forget their opinions,their just jealous cause they know you looked good and they dont know how to take it out on you so they start making comments..hahaha atleast in the back of youre mind u know youre being envied!
