Hello Marina!
Perestroika, Lenin's New Economic Policy, and Deng Xiao Ping's reforms all have in common the fact that they were all efforts to reform the economic system within their countries (Russia, China) by the central direction of the Communist Party.

peristrojka: a communist leader wants some liberal economical reforms without loosing power. Failed to do so.
lenin: he wanted a mixture of communism and some more liberal elements (more or less: industry and banks state-owned, small retail private-owned). He died too soon. Stalin was more rigourous. The first 5-year plan failed
Deng xiaoping: a communist leader wants some liberal economical reforms without loosing power.

so really there are only two constants:
communist leader willing to get some economical reforms through. As i told you before. Sigh.

They're all gay??,, Seriously, better research it because I'm just gonna tell you my gut reaction. Communism, Socialism, or Celestial Law, enough production, no distribution, no equality in rights, no compassion for love, or .... play....pop singer, mispelled Chinese Dynastic Ruler.
