I think Siobhan is a really cool name and that if you want people to call you that just say that that is your nickname and make sure your mom realizes that too that it is just a nickname that people will call you by and that you aren't officially changing it.

Siobhan; a variant of "John" meaning: "God is gracious";
Stacey; variant of "Anastasia" meaning: "Resurrection".
My vote: Your new name is better.

Nobody's going to be able to pronounce it. (Is is See-Oh-Bawn?") You shouldn't change it legally, but if you want your friends to call you that, and only your friends, I guess that's okay. Go for it, but keep it out of the professional realm.
