You could stay home and watch "American Idol", "Dancing With the Stars" or "Dog The Bounty Hunter" if you like trashy reality shows or just stay home and relax! It's warm outside on the east coast and a nice night to hang outside or on the porch if you have a house! You can go to the gym tomorrow!

Here in Germany we less-physically-active people say "Sport ist mord" which means "sport/exercise is murder". Did that help?
