y = 8x - 4

y = -x + 12

4x - 4y = 24

x - y = -15

y = 7x - 6

y= -3x + 8

y = 12

4x - 2y = 0

4x - y = 4

Graphing, unless it's done on a graphing calculator, can be tedious. An easy solution is to let x = 0, then solve for y. This is tantamount to letting y = b, since the x term then drops out of the equation. You can do the same for y and solve for x. That gives you two ordered pairs, (0, y), (x, 0). Then pick two other values, say x = ± 1. Then solve for y when x assumes those two values. You could also let y = ± 1, and solve for x when y assumes those values. That gives you four ordered pairs and four solutions to the equation.

first you can graph all the equations and find which points they go through and do it that way

TO DO THAT YOU PUT INTO Y=MX+B FORM
MX IS THE SLOPE AND B IS THE Y POINT
