Due to TOS regulations here in YA I cannot answer this question honestly . . . but I can assure you that the use to which the duct tape was put was very interesting.

And thank you for knowing it isn't duck tape. *cringe*

Duct tape, it's a handyman's secret weapon.

I had to use Duct Tape to put the hem in my skirt back up before an important interview. Got the job.

An interesting application presented itself once out on the trail. A fellow hiker's shoe was falling apart. We simply took a healthy supply from our stash on the walking stick and taped up the shoe.

Always good to have, at home or on the trail.

I'm using some right now to hold on the right rearview mirror on my car. My parents have a driveway that goes between two trees. One day I was pulling out and I was too lazy to pick up the rake that was leaning against one of the trees. So instead of hitting the rake, I knocked off my right rearview mirror instead.

A couple of my friends and I built a boat solely out of cardboard and duct tape. It was massive, and awesome. Needless to say, when we entered it in a cardboard boat race, we won.

I used it to slow the bleeding from a most vicious injury to my leg. I then drove myself to the hospital where the wound received 11 stitches.
