It's the same as when people say "you know" in their sentences all the time or "uhh". It's a bad habit and it makes Randy Jackson not look so intelligent.

its a show...lighten up. considering the mess of tax and spend and cut and run, arent there alot more important problems to worry about. for god sake grab a beer, sit down and enjoy the show.
