You are a BIT*H and I wish you would keep on flying by on that broom your ride in on, your a jerk and you don't play fair. Every person is dealt with by different standards. You really should get your act together and live by the standards you set for those beneath you, you shriveled up, grey haired grouch. Choke on your lunch!

I will respond to a different POV. I AM 'the boss'. And I have had departing staff tell me exactly what they think of me. Does it bother me ? Not in the least.
It merely cements in my mind that I made the correct decision in dismissing the particular person.
