basically iran wants to make a reactor or maybe a nuclaer weapon, no one knows for sure. however the article states that which ever the plan is it will not be done anytime soon and us can oppose sanctions to iran's nuclear program. also the article states that iran is using the centrifuge method to enrich it uranium(because natural uranium cannot be use for a weapon or the particular reactor that iran is biulding).

Reading the first sentence or two, I'm thinking it's about Iran enriching uranium and possibly using it to make nuclear warheads or something like that. However, there won't be enough fuel for it until 2009.
I'm guessing this means that if the keep trying to do this, they could have nuclear weapons.
