Wow, this is tough. I personally like to laugh at bad movies and the three that make me laugh the most are (In no particular order): 1.The Adventures of Hercules with Lou Ferrigno (i probably misspelled). The worst special effects ever and the voice over for Lou is hilarious. 2. Hawk the Slayer with Jack Palance. A medieval movie with a disco soundtrack is priceless. The worst acting and dialog I have ever witnessed. 3. Plan 9 From Outer Space by Ed Wood. Enough said.
P.S. For just plain bad movies, anything directed by Uwe Boll.

1) Solaris -just really bad and didn't make sense at all
2) Dukes of Hazzard (with Jessica Simpson) - didn't do justice to the show at all and Simpson can't act to save her life
3) The Cable Guy - definitely one of Jim Carey's worst performances for sure!
