well speaking from experience silk sheets are not all that appeasing when it comes down to it supper slippery, pillows won't stay on the bed, comforter either, they are supper hot your better off with imitation silk polestar or something. the log fire rug is more appealing to me, you could move around to other areas in the room, couch chair whatever, living it up. a move romantic idea is a large bubble bath by candle light, more sensuous. through some rose petals in ther too.
