I think Cheney is richer. Based on income tax returns, Cheney made 8.8 million and Bush made 730 thousand in 2005. Cheney's a lot older so he's had more of an opportunity to accumulate wealth.

Cheney, he's got "old" money he earned from being a part of Bush Sr.'s corporate America mafia. Other members were Rumsfeld and Ashcroft. Bush Jr. works under strict direction from Bush Sr.
