What is a presto pot and where can I get one in London Ontario?

I want to try making the potporrie wax bears and need it for melting the wax and dipping the bear into it. Thank You in advance.

A quick search on the web gave the answer about what it is.
It is an electric pan specially designed for melting wax.
It is supposed to be quicker and more economic than using a double boiler or a container in a pan of boiling water.

But if you are not willing (yet) to spend the money one of the Internet sold ones cost, you can use the old-fashioned way or make your own.
