he have affair wih my girls friend at work place, now she getting a divorce, but he don't want have nothing to do with my girls friend no more, can her husband sue him for a home wrecker?

With our legal system being what it is today, anyone can sue anyone for any reason at anytime. The problem being there is absolutely no guarantee that youll win your case in court but it doesnt hurt to try and nowadays who knows whatll happen. He could start a whole new court battle and make a whole lot more attorney very rich. Good luck

In the states of North & South Carolina, there is a law called Alienation of Effections . Yes, it happens there. Not sure where U R located

Anybody can sue anyone for anything. But it would go nowhere (frivolous suit). I don't think any attorney would even take that on.
