You have to get a GIF editor. Some free ones are available at the link below.
I recommend the ULEAD GIF Animation Software -- that one's not free, but it's more advanced. I have a GIF in my myspace pictures (linked through my profile on Y! Answers).

Do you mean glitter graphics? Go to http://www.pagepaint.com for glitter graphics and glitter graphic generators. They also have lots of myspace graphics and other generators like a myspace layout generator.

you need to have a GIF file type editor. its similar to making a movie, but much simpler. just create frames with pictures changing slightly through each frame.

get a photobucket account. upload whatever pics you want onto there. then copy and pastme the HTML code wherever messages, comments, profile ect.
