Yes I am having the same trouble and I am only 19 weeks pregnant. I guess it is the body's way of getting us used to the new arrival.

Do you pee when you wake up? If so, thats your answer, your bladder is sharing its tiny little space now. Your also probably sleeping in new positions and the farther you get along your pregnancy, the more uncoforatable you will feel. When your hips stsrt getting sore (and they will..if they havent already) try sleeping with a pillow between your knees, it will remove some of the pressure. A mommys body will also prepare her for having to wake for night feedings when you finally have your baby. So it could be that as well. Whatever it is honey, just get used to it, you wont get a full nights sleep for at least another 5 years. Good Luck!!

The same thing has happened to me for so long I can't even remember now. I wake up at least 3 times during the night for no reason. Sometimes I do have weird dreams, though. I am guessing it is just preparing us for when we have the baby and must get up constantly. I am 37 weeks now and was probably about where you were when it started for me... and it just gets worse because you will start waking up later with an intense need to pee immediately. And rolling out of bed gets a lot more difficult. lol

I have never been pregnant but I have heard that around 22-25 weeks is when you start to feel the baby move. Maybe Jr. is waking you up with a kick or shift in movement and you don't realize that's what it is because they stop when they feel you move to awaken. Just a guess......Congrats by the way!

This is common, but most people say it happens in the later stages of pregnancy because of apprehension about the new baby, being uncomfortable, dreams, indigestion, etc.

When you have the new baby home, you'll wish for three full hours of sleep!

Hormones regulate your sleep patterns. So, barring discomfort, the baby keeping you awake or having to pee all night, then you are probably just suffering from wacky hormone fluctuations.

i think so. i had insomnia for what seemed like the whole time - i would wake up on my own, or to go to the bathroom, and couldn't get back to sleep. if you find that you aren't getting enough sleep, or become concerned, talk to your doctor about it. good luck and sweet dreams!

I think it is very normal I was like this with our son, not with our daughter. Not until I got past week 30 with her.
