A friend checked the background of a man I recently started dating on the circuit court access (public records). She does this regularly as she is in a position to hire and fire people. Anyway, she found that he had an arrest for prostitution. I don't know what that means.

It depends on what state you're in. Some are under the same statute while others will classify it differently. Take a look at http://www.prostitutionprocon.org/law.htm and find the section on your state to find out. Either way you need to have a talk with him.

That means he was arrested for being a prostitute. If he had been arrested for soliciting it would show up as "solicitation". However, do keep in mind that your friend's check of his background is very likely to be illegal.

It means he is a male prostitute. BTW, background checks like that can be illegal if the individual's social security number is used without his authorization in writing. Your friend could be sued if he found out about it.

that is arresting for SOLICITATION, not the truthfully act. as quickly as funds has been exchanged, the act is secured as going to take place. In greater modern-day episodes (after 2000) they moved to the place funds had to interchange palms earlier the arrest occurred. This substitute into replaced simply by reason you talked approximately. a guy or woman asking would not advise he's or she will purchase.

It means he is guilty of being a prostitute...make sure she was clear or she read it completly...if he was really guilty of soliciting a prostitute that means he tried to hire a prostitute.
