By being sincere to yourself and others

You don't. This is an illusion.

The other person is always in control of what they do and what they believe. The two things that are sometimes helpful is to illustrate how the person's beliefs harm them or prevent them from accomplishing what they want in the long run.

I gave up on influencing people long ago. People will believe what they choose. Until they are ready to change their beliefs, they are simply a waste of my time. There are so many others out there who do think similarly to myself, that I don't need to waste time on convincing or influencing others.

Although, if you want to be a politician, play on a person's fears. Be mindful though, that this can also irritate people and distance them from you.

No matter what, some person or another is watching you, seeing you. Whether it's your friends, children, mom/dad, or strangers, there will always be someone there to think about YOUR actions and what YOU do. We are always influencing others, be it good or bad.

Use the Socratic Method. Basically, act ignorant about the topic and make the subject contradict himself by using simplistic questions.

You will be respected and admired for the noble qualities you have - which you need to work for in order to acquire. Then people will be drawn to you and you will influence them. Otherwise you will only be manipulating them - you will be drawn to them, and they will be influencing you to manipulate them.

you don't need that information. if you were qualified to influence people you would be identified and either trained in the ways of mind control or murdered and erased for being threatening to us.
