social security?

on my SS card it says "not valid for employement" but in the back it says"this card is invalid if not signed by the number holder unless health or age prevents signature" i'm 16 and i'm wondering if i can use it or if i would have to go and get a new one. i also live in el paso TX.

You need to get a new card if there is any doubt. However, usually a SS Card does not say "not valid for employment" unless you are not a citizen.
