the coolant pours out of allittle hole just under the lower rad./heater hose housing that is bolted to the engine block. The engine is a 2.7

You have a bad water pump. That's called a weep-hole. Lets you know when the seal has failed

Try checking out your radiater hose or you might have a leak
in your radiater. Check to see if you have a crack in your block,check the water pump and check out your soft plugs.
