From 28,000 a month to 5,000 in child support?

im sorry to you who answered my earlier question...i called him a cheating husband and he was but i failed to mention someone elses husband not hers

Thats the problem with child support. Nobody has to account to where the money actually goes. This is the biggest area that needs to be imprved upon with support. The only bad part is he is right, alot of people receiving child support rarely use the money for its intended use; the kids.

I read your other post. Child support is intended entitle children to the same standard of living they were accustomed to before the parents divorced. If the mother can prove that as a family, $28,000 per month was spent on the kids (tuition, clothing, lodging, etc), then she is entitled to that support payment.
HOWEVER... if she is using the money for things that don't directly benefit the twins (like plastic surgery), then the judge was absolutely right to cut the support because the father is clearly the better person to decide how that money is spent on the family, regardless of his infidelity.

my answer is still the same, $5000.00 is plenty and time to focus on what really matters to a child, love, caring, time.....Prada, Coach, Botox, kids don't care about that.
