yes
but don't let that scare you from going to the doctor and telling them. don't risk your life or the babies. own up to it and everything will be ok. Good luck!!

If the doctor confirms your are pregnant, then you are considered emancipated for the duration of the pregnancy. Which means you sign for your self and if you tell the doctor not to tell your parents, then he can not legally. But consider letting you parents know if you are pregnant. It can be hard to go it alone at any age especially at 16. I know first hand about HIPPA, I work at a hospital.

It probably depends on which state you live in, but most likely yes. If you're under 16, pregnancy can be an indication of statutory rape in some states and the doctor might be legally required not only to tell your parents, but also the police.
Sorry, I suspect that wasn't what you wanted to hear.

no, everything that has to do with Your pregnancy is confidential. In reproductive matters, a teenager is treated like an adult. A doctors office cannot tell your parents you are on birth control or pregnant. Its YOUR job to tell them. However, in cases of abortion, most states, require parental notification.

No. Your parents can't even know you are being seen at a doctors office without your written permission. No one at the office can legally tell your parents anything, things to HIPPA. You may be a minor, but you still have rights.

there's a thing called patient confidentiality, where a doctor cannot tell anyone anything if the patient requests so. however, since you are a minor, and being pregnant is extremely important - health wise and more - the doctor is obligated to tell your parents.

No they can't. Anyone over 12 will be asked by the clinic if it's okay and if you say it is not, they have to abide by Patient Confidentiality laws... aka HIPPA.

no, unless it affects your mental or physical health or might harm you or anyone around you, otherwise doctors are obligated not to tell anyone except their patient what's going on.
