The average price for modeling pictures is anywhere between $100-$1,000. But be careful, make sure the photographer is legit and won't try to take your money and not give you your pictures. You could always try to take an add out in the paper and see if you can get it done cheaper. Or go to an art school and find a student willing to do it for less.
