That hole has existed since before man was aware of ozone. It grows, it shrinks, and man cannot do anything about it except lay blame and spend taxpayers money.

The hole is natural and is only at the poles where no one lives and where it doesn't affect anything. The ozone layer is created when the solar wind collides with the earth magnetic field. This is very high up and nothing we can do will get that high. The CFC are too heavy to get there high. The winds as they come are traveling very fast and most are ionized . The beta particles are attracted to the north pole and the alfa particles to the south pole . It is perfectly normal .

from the Stright Dope website:
The problem with ozone is that it's unstable--it breaks down in a few minutes, long before it can float much of anywhere. Ozone is created and destroyed continuously as a result of the sun acting on oxygen in the presence of pollution (in the lower atmosphere) or on oxygen alone (in the upper atmosphere). Lower-atmosphere ozone, hereinafter called local ozone, decomposes once it gets beyond the cities that spawn it and never reaches the upper atmosphere

Ozone is toxic and highly corrosive. The ozone layer is the upper stratosphere and lower mesosphere with the highest concentration around the stratopause about 50km up. This is about four times higher than most aeroplanes fly and three times higher than all aeroplanes. How do you suggest we get this corrosive gas up there?

Ozone is produced by the sun. BTW ozone is also considered pollution itself.

We can't.
The only way to do so, is to stop polluting and let it heal itself.
Even if we had the ability to do so, the amount of gas that gets released into the air every day would outpace the noble effort.
