Pontiac Bonneville SSEi, Buick Regal GS and Buick Riviera Supercharged used the same 3.8 Supercharged V6 as the Grand Prix GTP.
Chevy Colbalt SS Supercharged and Saturn ION Redline use a supercharged 4 cylinder.
The 2003 and 2004 Mustang Cobra used a supercharged V8. The new Shelby Cobra GT500 does as well.
Just so you know, it's "Inline 4" or I-4 rather than V4.

The Cobalt SS/SC will beat a gtp with the aid of a some 0.5 2d in four hundred and forty yards - the two will run in the 14's inventory, however the SS/SC is a low 14 2d vehicle, jointly as the gtp is a severe 14 2d vehicle. The gtp might nicely be geared up to accomplish plenty greater useful, however the substitute ability on the SS/SC is particularly sturdy besides. dollar for dollar, mod for mod, the SS/SC can shop previous to the pontiac. As for journey high quality, I style of lean in the direction of the pontiac, and indoors high quality - easily pontiac. For some reason lots of the greater youthful women i understand like the previous due style grand prix seem - if that could be a factor of the reason to compliment a vehicle!

There are plenty of "forced induction" vehicles to choose from currently. Superchargers(driven by the crankshaft of engine) as opposed to turbochargers(driven by exhaust gases of engine) are liked because of the "instant" hit of power provided from idle to near idle when accelerating from a standstill without some sort of lag. As stated by others, the Shelby GT500 Mustang is a supercharged V-8 giving 500hp.
Other manufacturers have resorted back to turbocharging because of it's less parasitic drain on smaller engined cars, car makers like VW, Mazda and Volvo all have vehicles with turbochargers as an option. I don't think anything new is being offered such as the Grand Prix GTP as Pontiac has changed over to V-8 engines in their top line Grand Prix models(making a supercharged V-6 redundant). Although Chevorlet offers a Cobalt SS with a supercharger option(it makes 205hp).

Chevy Cobalt, Any mercedes 55 model. There are a lot more turbo charged cars around. If you want a list of them let me know. They will get you more power too. They lag at lower RPMs but at high RPMs a turbo pulls a lot harder.
