I'm guessing you meant "Event" and not "even" (Typos are ok)
I would have to say the most traumatic event I've experienced was a car accident that almost killed me. That was about 35 years ago, and I still have a fear of getting in another accident.

The most traumatic for me even though I was glad to do it (I say this part because of how difficult the task was) was that of taking care of my maternal grandma for most of the last year of her life. She was 91 when she died. She died in Sept 2000.

Pulling up to a shooting scene. The guy was shot 4 times in the upper body with a high caliber assault rifle. I watched him take his last breath. That will never leave me...

My best friend's mom dying in the middle of the night of a random heart attack. Seeing my best friend in such a state was...horrible. I felt horrible because all I could do was hug her....and nothing else could be done. =/
