NL-Mets. Yeah, the Brewers are like, on fire, but the Mets are great. They have great offense. Once it gets going (Delgado and Wright have been slumping a little, no?), they'll be hard to beat.
AL-Red Sox. Great offense, great pitching. Need I say more?

nl...METS (not jst saying that cause i am a mets fan) but because of their offense and the talent they have in jose and david wright also delgado is starting to swing well
al... RED SOX...total package if the season were to end now i would see them as the team to beat in the world series
