When I put my IP address in the bar, it asks for my password, I don't know where to find it. Also, I need instructions on how to port forward.

Port forwarding is done on the router, you'd need admin access to alter this. The password you're being asked for is probably for the router configuration. DON'T mess with the router settings unless you know what you are doing. As you have to ask about this, I'm guessing that you don't know what you're doing, so don't even try.
It also sounds like you're trying to access something you shouldn't, like MySpace from school or something like that. So, again, DON'T.

Well without the router information kinda hard to help.. What I would suggest is to go to the manufacturer of your router and lookup the user manual for your router.
