I'd go with the round ones.
Just kidding, the width and the offset are very important, too wide and they rub on the inside of your fenders, wrong offset and they screw up the handling and wear out your wheel bearings.

Bolt pattern, diameter of rim, and width of rim, and offset. The rest is up to you to decide on what you like.
