Aerosmith, Queen, The Beetles, Steve Miller band, Credence Clearwater Revival, The Rolling Stones, ACDC, The Doobie Brothers, Tom Petty, Pink Floyd, Bob Seger, Janis Joplin, Jackson Browne, Allman Brothers Band, The Grateful Dead, Don Mclean, KISS, Bachman Turner Overdrive, Alice Cooper, Eagles, ZZ Top, The Who, David Bowie, and Bob Dylan to name a few ( I am a HUGE fan of classic rock :) )
If you want to know about classic rock there is a really great book to check out it's called "Classic Rock Stories" By Tim Morse.
