Try a newspaper office. My brother rode his bike and delivered papers. Or, try restaurants. You can clear tables, be a waiter, or anything that doesn't put you around the cooking area. Cutting grass, baby sitting, caring for pets while homeowners are out of town, and doing other odd jobs for people that need help are some other ideas. Many elderly people need all kinds of things done but can't get help and welcome an energetic young person willing to help for a small wage. Print some flyers with your name and number and go door to door in your neighborhood offering your services and leave your flyer. If you get some small jobs and they are happy with you, they will refer you to others.

Most local grocery stores will hire minors, but there are certain limitations. Go ask for an application. Best wishes!

Mow lawns. It's lucrative and it's an all-cash business. You can charge $35 per lawn.
