Never heard of a lug nut screw!
But, have heard of philips head screw, standard screw, cap head screw, license plate bracket screw, sheet metal screw, self tapping screw, etc., etc..

A lug nut is what attaches your wheel to your vehicles lug bolt.

Get a pair of vise grips, lock on to screw head and turn. Voila!

Confusing question with the terminology. Try a penetating oil and let it soak for a few minutes. Use a proper size wrench to break it loose or use a nut driver. good luck.
