It's called getting the consequences of her actions. Nobody should be above the law because their rich. I'm not laughing but I have a wait and see attitude about it actually happening.
I don't think she should just get off or go to rehab in place of jail time. Law breakers go to jail and she's no different in that regard at all. She'll have the same opportunity to "turn in around" AFTER she has done her time. It's the rules we all live by in America.

Not like a hyena but I did laugh. I can't help but feel a little bad for her but I'm glad she's going. Hopefully that will stop her from driving drunk again and maybe killing someone next time.

I think she should serve her full sentence. Apparently it was halved because of her pleading with the judge. All of that bull about her being a role model and making peoples lives happier? Hows that exactly. I think if she doesnt serve the full sentence, she will be 'glamourising' drink driving to the people that do idolise her. Drink driving is criminally and morally wrong no matter who it is.

Yes. In a perfect world she would go to jail for the 45 days (her sentence) , however, she won't serve a day because of "overcrowding". It's funny how there is plenty of room for poor people in prisons.

I'm more laughing at her reaction toward the whole thing than the fact that she's going.

A bit, she should have got a much tougher sentence. Joe Public would have.
