i have a 6 1/2 month old son, and just found out i am 6 weeks pregnant. I am happy, but has anyone else had babies this close together, my son will be 14 months when this bub is born. Is it easier or harder to manage with such a small age gap between them? I am a little nervous about it all, i love being a mum, just need advice

I KNOW EXACTLY HOW U FEEL GIRL!
Landen my , now 3 year old, was only 8 months old when I found out I was pregnant with Isabelle, who will be 2 in August.
It was stressful at first but I found my rhythm and its great b/c my kids are so close. Olivia is 5 , Landen is 3 and my baby is almost 2, and I wouldnt have it any other way...

Well, that's pretty close, but congratulations! My kids are 4 years apart, but my MIL had 4 kids in 6 years (6 pregnancies in that time, but lost 2). My husband and his sisters are all much closer than I am with my siblings (who are spaced much further apart).

Tough on the parents, but I think it's good for the kids in the long run.

Mine were born 1 year and 20 days apart. It'll keep you hopping for a while, but it can be managed.
Don't try to break the older one away from his pacifier, nor try to potty train him before the younger is born. It'll be too soon. And it doesnt' hurt to have diapers for 2, etc.

My friend has 3 children under 3. :) And she is very happy. It can be done, don't worry. I'm sure you'll do just fine. Congratulations!
