There are USB WiFi adapters yes, but they have nothing to do with your playing with your nintendo.

McDonalds are installing WiFi hotspots for internet access for there customers.

You can purchase a wireless router at any computer store like Best Buy or Fry's or Circuit City. You can also purchase a wireless adapter for your Nintendo so you can connect to the internet and play against or with other people.
