Well, I think it's my favourite of the 3, but I don't think it's actually as good as the second one. There are just too many villains I suppose - I think Venom was enough plot for the whole movie. Sure, the Harry thing had to be wrapped up, but throwing in Sandman was just too much. It was like they were trying to get as many characters as possible done before Tobey Macguire quits!
*SPOILERS AHEAD*
When Harry loses his memory, I was afraid at first they were going to just put that whole plot to an end that way which would've been so twee, but at least I suppose it would've made some screen time for the other characters!
Also , Sandman just falling into that 'demoleculiser' without any pre-warning of what the thing was was just a little too much. It was like 'Oh yeah, don't you just hate it when you're running and you fall into one of those damn things'.
I'm picking too many holes, I can totally see why they wanted to pack as much into it as possible, I wouldn't be able to wait either with that number of villians to choose from. I loved Tobey Macguire's extreme nerdiness in this film (when he's miming along to Mary Jane's song on stage it's almost too much), but at the same time I thought he was pretty sexy as bad Peter! Also loved the second fight between Harry and Peter when they both had their vengence on. I love seeing best friends beat the crap out of each other, I don't know why.
Great film, forget about all the flaws, it was completely entertaining. Comic-book purists will moan, but they're never satisfied. Snobby film buffs will also moan, but that's their loss. I'm seeing this film again before the week is out!

Overall, it was a good movie, but definately not as good as the first 2. I think it could have been cut down in time by removing a lot of the slow (talking) parts.

had it's good and bad points. It showed how you can be overtaken by the evil that lives within all of us given the right opportunity. The action was great!

Thought it was great!!!!! Loved the action scenes and when Peter showed a little bad side.

I think that it's a big ****. I like the others but this one, its the most ridiculous film I've seen for a long time.

1 word SUCKY! It was so stupid i almost walked out of the theater! The only reason i stayed was because i payed for the ticket to go!

yea it was realli kul especially when peter actually turned a little bad and stopped being such a nerd but my fav was the second one

loved it, cried when MJ broke up with him, laughed when he was strutting his stuff 70's style!!!
much better than 2.

The movie was terrible!!! I can't believe they killed of Venom...um...Venom can't die. I wasted my money for this movie. it's not worth it.
