Yes. As an unusually big man (I can't help it, it's just the way I am), I have many times been victimized at work by small men with this complex (you know, bosses who take an instant dislike and make your life harder for no reason).
I have also had a few tricky moments with small drunk guys looking for a feather in their cap.
Not all small men are like this, by any means- but the syndrome certainly exists.
I just rise above it!!

Yes, my son is conscious about his height, he done a poster at skool of all Famous men that are/were short. It made him feel lots better!!!

Yes.
Have worked with a couple of less than normal height men, and they were real bleepers.
But if you're smaller than them, you're safe.
