I recently bought two aztec corns, and have had them for about a month. one started laying eggs yesterday that are slightly yellow but mostly white. now the other is acting the same way and I want to be sure I get them into the incubator before it's too late and I lose them. This will be the second clutch for them both.. I didn't realize that I bought gravid females.

Remaining at normal room temperature for a couple days won't hurt them. The more critical thing right now is not letting them dry out before you get them set up. Keep them in the same position as you find them and surround them with dampened moss, cococut fibre or vermiculite.

Female snakes can hold sperm without fertilization ontill laying conditions are perfect.so not having a male does not nessarly mean the eggs are sterile.put some mulch in the cage and the mother will make a nest to provide the right temp for hatching
