Okay, I'm confused. Do you wear a training bra even if you don't have breasts, or do you wear training bras if you do have breasts. Cuz I don't, and a lot of the girls in my class don't, but I still see bra straps..im confused.....anyways answer if you can, and no "How old r u????" and stuff like that, I just want a simple answer...thax

A training bra is for what it is named. To train you for a bra, I wore one before I had breast, and I was ready for a bra when I got them!!

Some girls think they 'need' training bras before they even start to get breasts, and others 'don't' (or their parents hold these beliefs). When I was young, I knew several girls who didn't have any breasts who wore 'training bras' and I asked when I could get a bra ... I was told 'You'll get one when you need one' and I had a bra within the next two months ... so talk it over with your 'mom' and do what SHE THINKS IS BEST for YOU!

A lot of girls start wearing them even if they're still flat, just to get a feel of what it's like to wear a bra. For some people, a bra can be very uncomfortable, so they are probably just trying to get used to it!

You wear training bras when you start getting breast like just a little bit, then if your not ready for a real bra you go into a bralette andn then you go into an actual bra. But you don't have to wear training bras if you don't have anything no fence just explaining

Some girls wear them as a modesty liner, instead of a "little girls" t-shirt, no matter how much breast they have. I developed very early, I was in a 34B at 8, I had to wear a bra. But I found that lots of girls for the next several years wore them because it made them feel grown up, because they wanted to get used to the feel of a bra, and because they tired of adolescents boys pointing out their nipples through their clothes. I just bought my 11 year old niece a couple because they make her feel grown up; she is very small, but still...Help?

Yeah, I didn't but. Sometimes there just fun to wear. Like when i was like 6, I had like 5 bras, only for play though. Maybe the girls in your class??

Training bras really flatten your chests. You should only wear them once you see something poking out of your shirt. Move onto bras once training bras are too small for you, and/or when it starts to poke out from under your training bra.

You can wear them whenever you feel ready..you shouldn't wear a bra because other girls do..you should because you need to or would like to start...they are for either but mostly for girls who's chests are at a size where they need to wear bras.

Some girls wear them to feel older or too fit in, others nipples stick out and don't need an actual bra.

well i started wearing a training bra in the 6th grade. i didnt have and either but i just did mostly because the school i attended you had to dress out at p.e. i think that if you want a training bra then to get one just to get use to it.
