I'm not trying to tag you all with the nuts, I just want to know whether any of you agree with them.

No, Michael Moore won't be kicked when he's dead. I challenge you to Google the Free Republic threads on the deaths of JFK, Jr., Paul Wellstone, and any other Democrat who has died within the last ten years. I have. They are mostly supportive of the family. Now I challenge you to look up the deaths of any Republicans and take a look at DU threads on them. They are sick, vile, and disgusting. This is a trait found predominately on the extreme Left.

This is what bothers me about the attitude of "either your are with me or you are against me". I disagree with the philosophy of Falwell but I try to separate that from his being my fellow man. His death brings sorrow for the man and family. I can do this without agreeing with his politics. Revenge is an ugly human emotion.

Didn't he leave himself open for it by becoming a public figure? Isn't Michael Moore going to be kicked by Neo-Cons on his deathbed?

As a private human being and family man, Falwell might have been a wonderful guy. As a public figure, I believe he did this country damn near irreparable harm. When he pushed his way onto the public stage, he opened himself for attack.

It's funny, how the only ones I see obsessed with talking about Jerry Falwell are the Cons., the ones who claim to support him. Most people I know don't give a damn about Falwell one way or another. He was full of hate and spewed lies but anyone with any sense would see through him. I just hope he brought plenty of ice with him. He might need it.

Notice how hatred done in God's name by Islamofascists is frowned on by neocons but hatred done in God's name by the "Silent Majority " is acceptable. Hypocracy thy name is neocon.

I absolutely LOVE it. I'm not a liberal, though, I'm a Socialist, and Jerry Falwell preached nothing but hate. After all the **** that spewed from his mouth, it's PAYBACK TIME!

Go on, make a saint out of him. Erect a statue in his name. I will be there to defecate all over it and his memory.

Put a sock in it, will ya?

Nobody is dancing on poor Jerry's grave. Not me, anyway.

Falwell was as much in orbit around reality as Joe McCarthy.

It's one thing to be fervent; it's quite another to loose touch with total reality.
