Why doesn't my dance pad work when I press on the arrows?

I plugged in the USB connector and downloaded this pop-up but it doesn't function with the arrows.

Sounds like you may be missing the correct dirvers for this device. Download them from the manufacturers web site, uninstall any previous versions, unplug device, reboot, reinstall drivers and plug the device in.
