if you went to concert let me know.i went to detroit on saturday too dio i hate too say it sounded better than the god father of metal.

Based on what I saw last Saturday in Detroit: Dio!!!
But, in reality, it's like comparing two different bands. Apples and oranges. Dio doesn't get the credit he deserves and "Heaven And Hell" is pretty much a perfect album. "The Mob Rules" is a great follow-up too. Musically, the entire band was taken to a higher level when Dio joined, and I consider Dio's "Holy Diver" almost like the sequel to those years.
I love Ozzy for what he is, and I love many of the Ozzy era tunes, but Dio is a way better singer. Actually, in my opinion, Dio is the greatest rock singer of all time. I can think of none better.
So to sum it up, I love all Sabbath with Ozzy and/or Dio (I even like that album with Ian Gillan). It's like a parent trying to choose their favorite child.

Ozzy for sure. I've seen Sabbath with both and Ozzy definatly is the best.
