Depends on what you're shooting him with, how far away he is, and if he's wearing any protective gear or not.
If you shoot a 6 foot man with a sling shot from 40 feet away and he's wearing a thick leather jacket, then probably a whole hell of a lot.
If you're shooting a naked 6 foot man with a sawed off shotgun from a foot away, then just one shot.

Oh MY! Shots? Are you speaking of gun shots or, alcohol as both will kill you! If it is a bullet, then it depends where you shoot the 6' person! One bullet would suffice if shot in the right place!
As for shots of alcohol...there is such a thing as alcohol poisoning and yes, you can die from it! I think these shots would depend upon what is being drank and the size of the person!
Listen, I see this question as an oxymoron with the "Jesus loves You" comment!! If you love HIM, why are you asking about something like this? Please, if you are thinking about killing someone...go get help before you ruin your life and the lives of others!!

SHOTS of what? Like morphine, or Heroin, or shots from a gun, or are you referrig to like alcohol? Different answers to ALL of the above. Even alcohol. EVERYone has a certain tolerance for booze. The more you drink the higher your tolerance.
