Rape. To compare, prostitution comes under the service industry, if you clear your own table a bus-boy can't file for theft charges.
It should be noted that legalized prostitution is only present in Clark County, NV. (Las Vegas's home).

I'm just using 'logic' here and not a 'knowledge of the laws' in the State of Nevada ... but using 'logic' since prostitution is legal, I think you could be charged with both rape (the physical act) and theft for not 'paying for the use of her body' while she is a 'prostitute.' THINK ABOUT THAT ...

OK, I'll take you seriously. It would be rape if your intention were to, um, take what you wanted without being invited to do so. Consent is the issue, apart from money.
The theft scenario would be if a business arrangement were reached and then after the service were freely and willingly rendered, you were to leave without paying. In that case, you'd be charged with theft.
An analogy (not a great one, yeah) would be if you take valuable jewelry from a house. Did you break into the house? Or were you invited in (as a guest or a housekeeper) and then take the jewelry? Your question matches up to this, I think.

You can't rape the willing. If you didn't pay first,I would say theft. You're right it does sound like a joke, lol. Prostitution is legal in Nevada as long as it's in brothels, not in the street.Street hookers are forever getting arrested.

Rape and you'd most likely get beaten up by the girl, the bouncer, and the police for trying. Just like if you punched a boxer at a bar would still be assault (if you lived long enough for the cops to arrive).

a proposal to contract must be orally agreed upon then a breach of contract like not paying for it to be considered theft i think it might be breach of contract or panties but rape can only be done withouth previous consent. so if you had done no price negotiations then your guilty of rape

In a legal brothel it would be both. On the street it is illegal and you would be guilty rape because you were not paying her and you were forcing yourself on her.
