If i undertsand correctly, you are not looking for leg rehab but to enrich your stroke technique WHILE you rehab, correct? If so, here are some useful sites to help improve your stroke:

Well, I broke my leg and all I did was jump back into the water and start swimming, but that was just me. I suggest to do some walking and stuff like that. Lay on your back and move your legs in funny ways like sideways and up and down. This may sound funny but thats what my physio got me to do.

what kind of injury??

did you see a doctor??

a rehab therapist?

check out some sites for aqua therapy protocol. google it.. it all depends on the type of injury...
