You are of the "human race" like everyone else. The question should be, "what culture affiliation am I?" You would be American due to your birthplace, but of Central American descent.

It depends. Are your parents white, black, mestizo, native central american, asian, etc...? Central American is not a race, it means you're from central america, and central america has more than one race.
