i agree, too many rules for the private citizen.you own a piece of property and you're told how you have to live on it,your state might tell you that you must have this and that etc.

Americans are still good people. Even when we have a bad leader. People shouldn't judge all americans just because of what Bush did. People from other countries are looking down on us, though. Most Americans are nice, so yes, america is still the home of the brave and land of the free. e

I think the Brave are slowly being wiped out by people who are teaching our children to be wimps. You can't defend your self by fighting back, you get in trouble. You have to share everything, to be fair. It's wrong to be different and think for yourself. We need the government to take care of our health care and social security.
It's not very free when the government wants to decide how much of your hard earned money you get to keep, and that you have to pay into a social security program that is guranteed that you will never get as much as you put in.
One by one, the free and the brave are being replaced by the "gimmie generation"

No. We've turned into cowards. We ick on he weak for no other real reason but taking what they've got. We're only fre if we say and do what society is safe to talk about and do. As far as I know we've never actually kept one of our treatis. It is time for a revoluion; but, we've grown too scared to even get a handfull of revolutionaris.
I know. Scary isn't t?

No, but I think America is far from being communist. More like the opposite. Try seeing what words mean before using them to label things.

Was it ever better than what it is now?
We never changed, we just like to think we did. But we made the same stupid mistakes throughout our history.
