Take Nyquil a.m. or p.m., and make sure you brush your teeth and clean your mouth thoroughly, and it should take up to five days to work. It helps me everytime : )
Hope you feel better.

Vinegar and water is the remedy that works best. My uncle worked for the government doing antidotes for germ warfare back in the 60's and 70's and told me that it would kill strep. Any time I start to get a sore throat I get out the vinegar and gargle. I haven't had strep since I was a little kid.

Another remedy when you start to feel one coming is to put a few drops of peroxide in your ear on the side of the throat that is getting sore. It works also. Because your ear canal is connected into your throat via the eustascian tubes, a lot of sore throats are really started in the ears. This will catch the infection in the ears before they get into the throat. Lay on your side and let the peroxide run down for a 5 minutes or so, then put a little cotton in it to absorb the peroxide that runs out.

Well anything warm would be great for your throat as long as you do not have a stomach ache. Do not have hot coacoa or coffee if your stomach is upset becase it will hurt it even more. Salt water also works and some throat lasenges.(i dont know if i spelled that right, sorry) If you throat is still sore in 2 days SEE A DOCTOR!
