my hand itches sometimes and i never really received any money:( i think it means the opposite...that you're going to spend all of your money when it itches and when your nose itches, it means that you're nervous and about to tell someone another white lie.

In a very interesting oriental culture I am familiar with, it means someone will beat you up. But it has never happened to anyone I know whose nose was itching, so don't worry :D
But then I never get money when my hand itches :(
