I get that feeling. Because he does have an obsession of kidnapping and testing them. But, how could he not be born on the island? Remember his mother went into labor 2 months early and of course she died. Secondly, the people that brought Ben and his father to the island had already been to the island and knew about it. How come they were allowed off the island.That is the question.

No he's not killing the pregnant women. He's trying to "repopulate" it actually I believe. But, with the "real" islanders i'm not sure......anyone else notice the guy that Ben ran into as a child was the same one who went to Juliet? He hasn't aged!!!

I think Ben doesn't want to leave the island. I do not think he is killing the pregnant women though.

That's definitely a possibility. After all, it looks like he participated in the mass murder of the Dharma Group when he was a child, and doesn't seem troubled by a murder here and there. I wonder which side Juliette is really on?
